What is your shipping policy? TOP
We have set up flat rates based on weight of products ordered. All of our items are shipped USPS Priority Mail. How long does it take for an order to be processed? TOP
Orders may take 1-5 business days to be processed and shipped out based on the size of the order.
Our business hours are: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Sat. 9am-3pm
We close for all major holidays. What is your policy on damaged shipments? TOP
In the event you receive a package with broken contents, we ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment. You may email us a picture of the broken items or return the package to us. We will then issue you a credit or refund not including the shipping. Any open/used products will not be accepted.
