What is your shipping policy?
Shipping May Vary:
During “free shipping” and “reduced shipping”, we may ship USPS First Class.  We may also use a bubble mailer for small orders to help balance the sale costs.
During Normal times (times of no special sales), we offer a flat rate shipping price of $8.50.  At the current time any orders over $50 will receive free shipping.  We prefer to ship USPS Regional boxes.  We are working towards a live shipping calculator for regional boxes and we hope to have this method up by Spring 2018.

How long does it take for an order to be processed?
Orders may take 1-5 business days to be processed and shipped out based on the size of the order volume of current orders, as most of our products are made to order.  During our busy times we will keep you updated on our turn around time as it may be more than 5 business days.
Our business hours are: Mon-Fri  9am-5pm
We close for all major holidays

What is your policy on damaged shipments and returns? top
In the event you receive a package with broken contents, we ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving your shipment.  You may email us a picture of the broken items or return the package to us. We will then issue you a credit or refund not including the shipping.   Any open/used products will not be accepted.
In the event you receive your package and decide the order is not what you want, you must contact us within 1 day of receiving your shipment.  You may send your order back for a partial refund (we do not refund for costs of shipping from order purchase or from return cost).

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
Yes, we do! To learn more about our wholesale prices and how to apply please contact us. At the current time, wholesale approvals are available to purchase through our pricing sheet. However, we are currently working towards adding a wholesale function to the website.

Is there a correct way to burn a candle?
Actually, yes. Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of your candles:
To get the most burn time from your candles, they should be burned for one hour for each inch of their diameter. Keep wick trimmed to 1/4″ before lighting candles; this will help ensure an even burn. Do not trim the wick to short; this will cause a poor flame and may not stay lit or burn properly. A jar candle should be burned until the top is liquefied evenly. Burning less may cause tunneling down the middle of the jar. Avoid drafts to ensure an even burn. Keep burn pool clean and free of debris. Keep candle away from heat sources such as direct sunlight. Never leave a candle unattended. Always place candles on proper stable and heat resistant surfaces and/or containers. Use proper caution when putting out flame. Stop burning candle when there is only approximately 1/2″ of wax left. Never burn candle in a damaged container. Store in a cool/dry location.
